Joy ~ Beck Family

Theresa,

As you can see, the kids are having a great time with Joy. Already she can sit, lay down , fetch and gently lick our hands to get a treat. We are working on shaking paws and rolling over. She is doing great on the potty training, she'll go right outside and go.

Thanks again for taking such good care of Joy!

She loves us and we love her!

Carol Beck

We Are sad to announce that Sophie was killed by a car, apparently deliberately, shortly after the above picture was taken.

The Haley Family misses her, and have since purchased another puppy from us she is under Darlin's Photo Album Page #3, and her name is Camilla. She will never replace Sophie as each Golden is very unique (as we have learned), but she will help to ease the loss. Our deepest sympathy are with them.

Toby ~ Disser Family (Toby 's Picture the day he went home with his new family Darlin and Rusty's baby)

Dear The Delashmit's,

We just wanted to send a few pictures of Toby. He is growing so fast.He is almost 14 weeks old and close to 30 lbs. He brings so much happiness into our household we just love him so much. His potty training was interesting, but I think we got that under control. He sleeps through the night and is a very good boy. He sits, lies down and fetches and retrieves. He loves his toys, but for some reason he likes to chew on us instead :) .Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Sincerely,

Mike & Tracey Disser

Female Golden Name = Maggie (8 Wks)(Maggie 's Picture the day she went home with her new family Darlin and Rusty's Baby)

New Family = Carlson

Maggie at 1 Yr old

Theresa and George

Hi! I was just thinking of updating you on Maggie. She is a wonderful

addition to our family and we love her very much. She has grown so

much over the last year. We have had her exactly a year this past Dec. 2001 She

is 72 pds now and loves playing with the kids, swimming in any river we

can find, and sleeping with mom and dad. She gets more room than me! She

has been the best dog and she is so smart! Everyone that comes over wants

to take her home with them. Of course they would have a fight on their

hands.

We live in VA now, but Maggie has become quite the military "brat" and travels

well. We have been so happy with her. Thanks again for bringing Maggie into

our lives.

Female Lt Golden Name = Natalie at 6 weeks old ( Last picture before going home Darlin and Taz's baby )

New Family = Gaskill's

Hello!

I just thought I would write to you and let you know how Natalie is doing. She is

doing great. Sunday night she slept (in her carrier, in my room) from 10:30 p.m. until

6:30 a.m. with no accidents! She let out only 3 or 4 cries during the night, but I just

pet her to console her and she was asleep again within 5 minutes. Last night she

slept from 9:30 p.m. until 3:30 a.m. She was restless so I took her outside to go to

the bathroom. She went both and then slept until 6:30 this morning.

I take her out to the same spot and tell her "go potty". She goes right away, I praise

her and then she sits in between my feet and looks up at me like "okay I am done,

let's go back inside". She loves all of her toys I purchased for her and is very playful.

She is so precious! I have taken several pictures of her and will send you some when

I get them developed. I will keep you updated on how she is doing. Thank you

again! Getting a golden retriever puppy has always been a dream of mine and you

have helped make that dream come true. I couldn't have gotten one from a more kind

family home.

Rebecca

 Theresa,

I wanted to let you know I sent some photos. I hope you receive them okay. Natalie

is doing great. I took her to the vet Wednesday. She did great. I brought her in her

carrier and then took her out and held as we waited. She ended up falling asleep. So

the vet checked her out as she slept. She weighs 9 1/2 pounds and is in good

health. The vet said she was beautiful several times and had excellent markings (her

dark eyes, nose, mouth, paws against the very light hair). He complimented your

puppies saying they have really good pups. I hope the other puppies are doing good.

They are growing quickly. Hope you enjoy the photos of Natalie! Talk with you again

later.

Hello!

I have some updated information for you about Natalie. She is doing very well and

growing very fast. She can "come here", "sit", "shake", and "lay down". Chloe, our

Saint Bernard, loves playing with her and is very gentle. Sophie, our Great Pyrenees,

is still not too sure about her, but she has a different personality anyway. Sophie was

like that when Chloe was a puppy too, but now they get along great. She will warm

up to Natalie when she gets bigger. I have some photos of her for you too. I hope

you enjoy them! I saw photos of your Precious and Sugar, very sweet! Talk to you

again soon.

Bella

 Theresa and George,

Here are some pictures for you of Bella (sorry for the delay!). The

photo of her next to the shoe was taken the day we brought her home, and the

others are more recent. She's growing so fast! She really is adorable though -

she LOVES to run in the park right to our house. We try to take her there

everyday, it really seems to relax her. She's got lots of energy when

she'sawake, which is only about 25% of the day! She's doing great in her

"room"(kennel) too. She hasn't had any accidents in it, and seems to enjoy

sleeping there.

Thanks again, we're very happy with our new family member!

Ziggy Pictured at 7 weeks Old (right before he went home Darlin and Taz's baby)

New Family = The Sutovsky's

Dear Theresa and George,

It was very nice to meet you in person and to say Hi to your Goldens. We had a very nice trip home,

Ziggy slept all the way to Columbia! He seems to like his new home very much and already is

trained for his kennel (up in the kitchen), where he does not spend much time anyway, because we

have been playing with him almost all time since he arrived (he is already chasing a frisbee). He also

seems to like the unfinished walk out room on the ground floor, because it is air-conditioned and

gives him a lot of room to play. He also scanned all other rooms in our house and chewed on

everything he could reach. He’s our baby. He made very good progress in potty training and eats

well. We already arranged for his next shots at a very nice vet hospital just three minutes from our

home *(talk about convenience). He is not that good at sleeping (I am yawning right now), but I am

sure it will get better. First night he would wake up every two hours and we would walk him outside

(he is doing a really good job with potty training) in our pajamas. Progressively, both he and the

three of us are getting longer and longer periods of sleep. I am sure we will be back to normal by the

need of the week. So those are our news, I still owe you that picture of grown up Ziggy that Martin

made (will scan and send it later). Thank you once again for bringing this new pleasure into our life’s.

Sincerely,

The Sutovsky's

The Kuhn Family 's new addition !

" BRANDI" At 9 1/2 weeks old  (picture when she went homeDarlin and Rusty's baby)

Just A quick note to let you know that Brandy is doing great. She's the master of the

house :) Really, she's settling in real well. She's really doing quite well

with housebreaking. She will go each time we put her out, it's just a matter

of getting her out often enough. She has already mastered the stair case.

My son's room is downstairs, and she is like a shadow with him. He goes

downstairs, and she's right behind. I'm also seeing ALLOT more of my

older son and his girlfriend now, they come by all the time to play with the

dog.

She definitely won't be lacking for love. My girlfriend's daughter has

already offered to leash train her too. Thanks again for a beautiful

bundle of joy.

The Kuhn 's

Brandi (See more P{ictures of Brandi by clicking on her picture above, it will take you to her page)

Brandi is doing fine, she's sure a handfull.

Just took her to the vet Wednesday for her rabies vaccination. She

weighs 65 Lbs now. She sure is full of love and great with the two boys. If

you go up on our web site (link below) Brandi's got her own page there and

there's some photos of her. Nothing too recent, but we're working on

that.

Training has not gone too bad. She house broke pretty easily. Took a

while to get her to quit digging holes in the back yard, and working on

keeping her from jumping up on people when they visit the house, but

that's normal. She're really a good dog, and I would just like to say again,

thanks for letting us share in your joy.
